GOP Displays Constitutional Ignorance

The Republican party clearly has no idea how the American system of government works. Judges don't swear a loyalty oath to the President. But the GOP seems to think that they should.

The latest PPP poll says that the overall population doesn't think he should have extra-constitutional powers over the courts, but a 51% majority of his supporters do.
