Fucking Over the Soldiers

Some things don't change: The Army is still fucking up at caring for soldiers with traumatic brain injuries.

The problem is simple in its scope: Brain-damaged soldiers don't bleed. So the Army thinks they are just malingerers. Getting the Army to do right by its soldiers suffering from brain injuries seems to be as easy to do as getting BP to follow safety regulations.
