Those old war birds and their pilots are just too much. I can't imagine diving into a Japanese warship with flak all around and trying to land a bomb on the deck. Then pulling up, while showing them your belly and trying to get away and do it again.
Those guys' brass balls must have clanged loudly when they walked. The Greatest Generation indeed.

Great vids, and the first two TBMs show the difference in starting a 'warm' engine and a cold engine. Lots of radial action, then the Mustang for the sweet song of the Merlin!
