It takes a really brave man to punch a elderly woman in the face, especially when she is wearing an oxygen mask and carrying an oxygen tank.

If it was a young, healthy male his own age, he wouldn't have thrown the punch because like, you know, civilization. But a 69-year-old woman breathing out of an oxygen tank — she was askin' for it.
