That low steel-wheel-on-steel-rail friction is the reason, though, for trains' shipping efficiency. The hard part is ever making money on the Iron Horse.

Well, part of the problem might be that the propeller on the locomotive is too small for the job. I'm sure with a larger prop it would do better.
