The photo has the nameplate of Mr. Mica. I presume it's from Rep. John Mica who was the worst person ever in the US House when it came to the FAA. Basically, a hand puppet for the Heritage Foundation who wanted (s) to privatize everything I the government so that corporations can reap maximum profits while cutting services (see FSS modernization). Mica was defeated in the last election. So I guess he can now be a lobbyist for said foundation.
