Comrade, is there any criminal law dealing with the theft of one's home? Everybody in the article seems to have ended up in civil court.
There should be a house-sized lawsuit automatically awarded in such cases... a good lesson for the banks to get their paperwork straight.
And who the fuck wants to keep money with a bank that can't figure out its own paperwork? How soon before they start 'losing' people's accounts and just keeping the money? They've got armed guards and iron bars already, after all.
I remember seeing a post on home titles
and how the banksters that to monitize that and take if from the local communities/towns/cities.
Since the banks were made equivalent to citizens per 9th circuit it would seem right to go for a felony conviction and pick a random VP or CEO to serve it.
