This clown might not have tried to test the design. Either he didn't think of it or he didn't have access to an area that was remote enough to be able to carry out a test.
Some sharp wit at CNN or Fox news will ignore the actual fact and air the "What If..." scenarios. Wait and see. It should like this;
"What if a Muslim bleached his skin and...." or this;
"After years of researching and a Muslim sanctioned genetic breeding program, the firt white muslim terrorist parked a....."
