Oh yeah. That's Bob Carlton and his airshow jet Salto. Google has lots on him.
Small jets are starting to be "reasonable" in price and performance - not for me unless I win the lottery. The very small ones are interesting as sustainer engines for sailplanes, not enough for take-off, but enough to get you home.
