DoD found that the killing of 14 (or more) Iraqis by Blackwater's goons was not justified.
"The U.S. military reports appear to corroborate the Iraqi government's contention that Blackwater was at fault in the shooting incident in Nisoor Square, in which hospital records say at least 14 people were killed and 18 were wounded."
Apparently there are over 180,000 contractors in Iraq and none has ever been charged with anything. Can anyone name a place that has that many people has been crime-free for four years?
