Spectacular??? Hrmmm... C-130s have been doing that for 60 years all over the world... It's a noisy turboprop, newer than a C-130 by almost 60 years and it's spectacular? Sigh... Airbus marketing is being laughed out of most military offices about now. :-)
Very different aircraft, despite looking alike. The A400M is almost 100kts faster and has a lighter build and thus can carry more cargo. The Airbus also has a longer ferry range, but the C-130 is marginally better on rough strips and has a slightly longer full cargo range. They both fill important roles for the operators.
At around 50 seconds, the props aren't turning. Is that beast gliding in at that point?
