Driftglass has a lot of vitriol for Rick Wilson and the Never Trumper GOPers, their electoral ratfucking past, their complete amnesia of Republican treason and failure before 2016. Good as the Lincoln Project ads are we can never trust a GOP Never Trumper. Because they do not want what we want. Most of them just want trumpism minus trump.

I don't think he has the least idea that it's a whirlwind he has sown or what it will means when the bill comes due. He never had to pay before, but somebody's head will have to go up on the pike, if only metaphorically. Maybe Putin will give him a shabby little apartment in Moscow, if he makes it that far.
