Attorney General William Barr said Tuesday the Justice Department has not uncovered evidence of widespread voter fraud that would change the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
...
“To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election,” Barr told the AP.
I have little doubt that Trump will now be fuming that he's been stabbed in the back by two successive attorney generals.
And the Trumpanzees will be railing against Barr almost as quickly.
Frankly, I'm surprised that Barr even said anything. He could have kept quiet and let Trump continue with his program of destroying democracy for fun and profit.

Another sign that it's over. The ship is sinking and the first class passengers are confirming their lifeboat seat reservations.Letitia James has made it clear what awaits these people.
That's it. It is the straw that broke the donkey's back. It is too much. I'm done with those people. I can't even say how disgusted i am. I'm finished with them. Around here, most people didn't even vote. Those that did, most went for that asshole. They love their flags. They "back the blue". They are still waving asshole flags.
I'm done with them. They can come back when they return to their senses. Meanwhile, i will only talk with them when it is necessary. Those people are liars.
I'm better than that. When i die, i will do it as a poor pitiful human. Not some fraidy cat trump supporter hypocrite.
I'm done with them.
I don't think trump will 'you're fired' his former toady, Barr knows where the bodies are buried.
And where's B with his intellectual honesty? Nowhere to be found... Here's what he said on 17 Nov:
If y'all were intellectually honest ... you'd admit that there are a LOT of strange statistical anomalies that make the vote count suspect. But since your guy won, you don't care. That says something about your character.
... I just want to be sure that the election was fair....it appears likely that this one wasn't. Joe Biden looks to be an illegitimate President. You know it, even if you would rather not admit it because you got what you wanted.
Now it's a couple weeks later and Trump's team has had time but has failed miserably at showing there was any fraud or anomalies. So why won't the Trump supporters like B actually come out and admit they were wrong, that the election was fair and there's no question that Biden won legitimately?
Ward,
I've not seen any proof of statistical oddities... Alligations lots,
no proof.
My best swag is that with rigging the mail [Dejoy] and all Drumpfs
maintaining mail in is fraud, gerrymandering, polling places closed
plus the bonus is that all his rallies with bussd in people likely
annoyed the locals and they voted the other way. Add outside
influences [pick your favorite] so yes, likely unusual compared
to 2016, that would be normal.
However note Barrs words, the election was not rife with fraud that
would materially improve the result in Drumpfs favor.
Why did he say that? Likely because it would expose the Rethug
activities.
Eck!
The enemy is clearly delineated: he is a perfect model of malice, a kind of amoral superman—sinister, ubiquitous, powerful, cruel, sensual, luxury-loving. Unlike the rest of us, the enemy is not caught in the toils of the vast mechanism of history, himself a victim of his past, his desires, his limitations. He wills, indeed he manufactures, the mechanism of history, or tries to deflect the normal course of history in an evil way. He makes crises, starts runs on banks, causes depressions, manufactures disasters, and then enjoys and profits from the misery he has produced. The paranoid’s interpretation of history is distinctly personal: decisive events are not taken as part of the stream of history, but as the consequences of someone’s will.Very often the enemy is held to possess some especially effective source of power: he controls the press; he has unlimited funds; he has a new secret for influencing the mind (brainwashing); he has a special technique for seduction (the Catholic confessional).
