Sorry for your loss. He was a beauty.

I expect he had a good life, and 17 years is a good run for a cat. Condolences, though.

You guys know that Henry wasn’t my cat, right?

I recently said goodbye to my last dog (at 73, too old to start again and maybe not see them to the end), a lovely sweet-hearted long haired Shar-pei. A memory of her:

TOP internet sensation. Or would be, if not for the ennui.

Not being a party to your household's menagerie, I mistakenly assumed that he was your cat. Any such loss is sad so, again, condolences.

Henri was magnificent. With my better half being a French major, those videos were watched with much enjoyment and appreciation.

Henri was a treasure. The French was hilariously just a hair off (grammar and pronunciation) and consistently so; that's not easy, especially for a cat. But I always wondered what the deal was with the music. The first few used Satie; the music is public domain but maybe the recording wasn't, because it was replaced with faux-Satie that wasn't close enough to be clever, besides badly recorded and balanced. Still funny. Bonne chance, Henri.
