His tiny mind just can't accept the fact that he is presiding over the largest loss of American lives since WW 2. And in only 5 months.
I don't see that he ever took responsibility for anything in his life, so I suppose he won't now either, but this disaster is all on him. His fault started when he lied to us at the very beginning.
I can only hope that the sheer number of dead will finally sway is "die-hard" (haha), followers.
