I don't know about missing the M 60. That much poison being sprayed openly like that is equally scary to me.

Both of the guys I know who operated an M 60 from one of those don't miss them at all. One builds and flies his own airplanes and teaches high school students how to weld, and the other was a gunsmith until he got busted and lost his FFL.
