Oh louD!!! And it's supposedly loud as hell inside too (lack of soundproofing to save weight)...
Actually, I heard that it's relatively quiet inside because of the placement of the engines way back where they are. Of course the downside of that engine placement is that it cannot be easily re-engined with more modern more economical engines, which is why it's been retired by most of its former operators...
