Frank Van Haste said...: I guess I'm proud of the Alexandria (VA) PD. They seem to have exercised restraint in that their total take appears to be 30 M-16's and a truck. Not clear on why they thought they needed M-16's at all, but that's a pretty light inventory compared with some other places.
