Police Torture; Oakland Edition

How else to describe both the brutal beating by the Oakland police of another veteran and the deliberate withholding of medical treatment?

  1. I call it standard operating procedure for the Oakland Police Department, which views itself as judge, jury, and executioner. OPD has been under court supervision *for years* for shit like this.
