Wal-Mart Wants to be Free to Allow Its Security Guards to be Trampled to Death

Otherwise, why would Wal-Mart spend millions of dollars to fight a $7,000 OSHA fine, which was levied after a Wal-Mart guard was trampled by shoppers on Black Friday in 2008?
