Here's a Bit of Free Legal Advice

If you have an outstanding bench warrant for your arrest, it is a really bad idea to get involved in someone else's business with the Fuzz and run your mouth off.

The cops will ask you for ID. They will run your name through the computer.

And yes, they will arrest your dumb ass.
