After bird flu was detected in a retail sample of raw milk produced and packaged by Raw Farm, LLC, the California Department of Public Health warned consumers on Sunday to avoid consuming any from the same lot.
This should not come as a surprise to anyone. The warning signs were there.
More than half of cats around the first Texas dairy farm to test positive for bird flu this spring died after drinking raw milk from the infected cows, scientists reported this week, offering a window into a toll the virus has taken during its unprecedented spread through the cattle industry.
...
Cats at the Texas farm had been fed raw milk from cows that turned out to be infected with highly pathogenic avian influenza, or HPAI H5N1. A day after the farm first started noticing cows were getting sick, the cats started getting sick too. By the end, more than half of the cats had died.
Pasturised milk was one of the greatest advancements in food safety, but idiots like Bobby Brainworm and the rest of the "natural food" crowd have told themselves otherwise.
If you buy into his garbage pseudo-science and someone in your family becomes seriously ill or dies, look to the dictionary if you seek sympathy. You'll find it listed between shit and syphilis.

Milk pasteurization, a process discovered 160 years ago to render milk safe from disease and store longer. Same for a list of other products.
Now we have brainworm promoting raw milk. They want people to die.
Eck!
