Trump's namesake manchild signed off on those payoff checks from Trump Org back to Michael Cohen. He's an unindicted co-conspirator. I truly hope this either drug-addled or manic fool gets some kind of legal clap-down on his ass. Either gagged or charged with harassment.
Setting up grounds for appeals? I don't know how that works in New York State though. "Mr. Appellate Judge, the trial judge was biased against me because I endangered his daughter!" doesn't necessarily do what you think it will unless you can prove that the judge did something that he shouldn't have done, and I don't see that happening with any judge that has Trump in their court -- they *know* there's going to be an appeal, and they're doing everything by the book to make sure that appeal fails.
