So Justice Stevens is stepping down.
Conservatives are warning about nominating an "activist judge", which is about as hypocritical as it gets, given that Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Scalia have shown themselves to be about as activist as all get out.

Obama should just grow a pair and select two people--one who's more liberal than Dennis Kucinich, and once the rabid right tears him or her to bits, bring in the less liberal but still pretty liberal candidate he really wants.
The righties won't notice they've been duped, they are stupid asses.
