Guilty AF

Donald Trump’s company was convicted of tax fraud Tuesday for helping executives dodge taxes on extravagant perks such as Manhattan apartments and luxury cars, a repudiation of financial practices at the former president’s business as he mounts another run for the White House.

It won't matter to the Trumpanzees, so all y'all who are inclined to yammer about this being a witchunt can just STFU.

Besides fining the company is there anything else they can do? Like lock the company up. Or will they use it as a route to finally nail the perpertraitors(sic) behind the crimes? It always seems like when a rich company or financial organization finally gets nailed they pay a fine but the ones behind the crime go Rick Scott free. It seems like they pay,say a one million dollar fine on a ten million dollar crime, so they still come out ahead.

This was a criminal case. I believe it was civil cases that shut down his "charity" and his "university" if I remember correctly.
