The shooting of Michael Reinoehl by a Federal task force smells fishy. He had a handgun, which was in his pocket, and a rifle, which was cased. Most witnesses said the cops just rolled up and began shooting. Then they pretty much faked trying to save him after shooting him full of holes.
Barr and Trump wanted that guy dead and the Marshal's Service obliged.

Might be that Trump wanted him dead, might just be the Marshal's failure to know how to apprehend someone they are afraid of.
If Trump wanted him dead fer sure, he's have sent the ATF....
I'm not convinced it was the Feds, that it wasn't the Pretty Bois, Half-Percenters or Oath Breakers.

David Neiwert's coverage at the Daily Chaos has them as deputized "US Marshalls contractors", two of whom have been identified as a sherriff's deputy and a corrections officer. There's ample evidence out there - from turning a blind eye to breaking into and 'taking over' a tourist kiosk closed for the winter to convicted felons 'elected' to the position - that these rural sherriff's departments are hotbeds of white nationalist trash, and jailers are just better paid mall cops. Could just be the old outlaw in me, but I don't think the shooters were 'feds'. They were Oath Breakers, and the Feds are giving them cover. Brown-shirts.
