Okay, so the Chinese are trying to build aircraft carriers. Crap, they could just move the island to one side and slap a deck and a coupla elevators on these mothers and have one hella aircraft carrier!
Looks like you'd need a light rail system to get around the bridge, never mind the deck.
LNG doesn't explode very well...you have to get it all nicely mixed with air to make it go bang and in all the tests, it usually catches fire long before that. Makes a nifty bonfire for sure, but not likely much of a bang
