The Party of Death and Stupid Keeps on Rolling

The Attorney General of Missouri has demanded that health departments and schools stop all measures to fight the spread of COVID-19. In essence, the AG has ordered that all eforts to combat the spread of any infectious desease be stopped in his state.

At this point, I am becoming numb to the idiocy of the Party of *rump. They have become a party of ideological idiots. Demanding that scienctific knowledge bow down to political ideology has worked oh, so well in the past (/sarc). Trumpist beliefs that epidemiology is a liberal science is as stupid as "Marxist biology" or "Aryan physics".

But hey, if you believe that COVID-19 is a Chinese plot, that the vaccine has microchips in it, the vaccine will make you sterile or any of the other moronic conspoiracy theories peddled by public imbeciles, such as this clown, or you won't get vaccinated because the acolytes of the Orange Turdfest say so, well, you do you. I hope that you don't spead it to those you know who are immunocompromised or who are too young to be vaccinated, but that shit's on you. I feel bad for the doctors and nurses coping with ICUs full of clueless clowns who had refused to be vaccinated, but again, that's completely on you. Every time there is another surge of COVID infections, this is on you. Sure, there are rare side effects, but nobody's growing third arms, third eyes, huge ball-sacs or any of that shit. Hundred of millions of people have been vaccinated; if there were massive side effects, they'd be known. But if you feel like risking dying for your idiocy, you be you.

When it comes to the willfully unvaccinated:

And yet you Bow Down and worship at the feet of the apostle Fauci, who has been wrong more than he has been correct....Who has outright lied when it was politically correct or expedient.

BTW, those side effects are not "rare", just not publicized by the Media (which is where, apparently, you are getting all the data from which you form your opinion, rather than actual, you know, facts. (And no you should not believe me either, but you SHOULD do your own research and actually get a clue as to that which you pontificate about)....(Hint: the Media is not telling you the whole truth, or even sometimes, any truth)
You've become a True Believer of the Church of Fauci and have stopped thinking for act the same way as those evangelical folks you are so derisive of...only the subject of worship is different, but the unthinking belief is the same.

I see that the King of Cherry-picking has chimed in. It was your guy who pushed vaccines, or have you forgotten that he did one good thing amongst all his other quackery.

Those dying of Covid in the hospitals are largely unvaccinated. You can pettifog that away all that you wish.

DTWND said...

Well, there's no vaccine for stupid. Just as we have to live with them, I think we'll have to live with Covid for quite a while yet.

B, how do you do your own research without using some form of media? Tea leaves, emails from your brother-in-law or maybe some deep research with some peyote?

Dark Avenger said...

B, why do Fox News on the air talent speak out against the vaccine while the organization itself mandates COVID-19 vaccines for all their employees? Can you give us a “fair and balanced” account of why this is so?

LOL ... s'not worth it.

Sent you some traffic, probably not much but I do try ...

When you pull stuff from the nether regions and call is research
that's doing it without media.

Last I checked even a visit to the library and pulling a book
is using media , aka printed matter. If you rely on a sole
source you agree with that's bias and also far from critical

That and claiming someone is a true believer to some person is
really an assertion of nothing true. Consistent with that of
a true believer and cannot see or hear truth.

“A distinguished historian has said that one of the most valuable things about history is that it teaches us how things do not happen. It is precisely this kind of awareness that the paranoid fails to develop. He has a special resistance of his own, of course, to developing such awareness, but circumstances often deprive him of exposure to events that might enlighten him—and in any case he resists enlightenment.

We are all sufferers from history, but the paranoid is a double sufferer, since he is afflicted not only by the real world, with the rest of us, but by his fantasies as well.”

Remember: the Media and Fauci told us that there was ZERO chance that Covid came from the Wuhan Lab.

Then there's this:
Who you gonna believe? The media or your lyin' eyes?

Following the DNC party line slavishly merely undermines your credibility. Yer better than that, when you allow yourself to be.

Comrade Misfit said...

Someone whose arguments fall squarely in line with the Trumpist party line has no grounds to lecture anyone else on credibility. IMNSHO.

B said...

Ok, How about Vanderbilt University?

They seem to think the antiviral properties of Ivermectin have possibilities.
You knw, that Horse Paste you so derided because the folks you listen to for your opinions told you it didn't work despite evidence that it does..

But VU seems to think is is worth studying, so there is something to it. :

Comrade Misfit said...

Did you even bother to read the article you cited? No conclusions have been reached. And I’ll wager heavily they’re not studying the random doses idiots have been consuming with horse paste.

You cannot hope to bribe or twist,
thank God! the British journalist.
But, seeing what the man will do unbribed,
there's no occasion to.

B said...

Of course i read the article. I never said that there had been any conclusions.

Who says they are "random doses"? Believe it or not lots of non leftist can read and do math. It's pretty easy to figure the dose. And no, the carriers "paste" is not harmful to humans despite what commenters here have claimed in earlier discussions about this.

You folks were the ones that said that Ivermectin was useless because the folks from which you get your opinions told you that it was unverified and untested and therefore useless as a treatment....despite lots of evidence to the contrary. You listened slavishly to those who wanted you to take the Phizer shot rather than cheap ivermectin. you made the claim without evidence, just followed what they told you to think.

you were wrong because you listened to people who wanted you to believe something, and you followed it without a thought. No critical thinking.
Dance all you wish. You know, deep down inside that your stance is incorrect. But that is what happens when you listen to the folks who want to tell you what your opinion should be. All I suggested was that you do your OWN research and not listen to them (or to me, for that matter). Educate yourself, rather than repeat what you are told. Learn rather than follow the latest Meme.

Comrade Misfit said...

Here is what I believe: Anyone who won’t get vaccinated (with rare exceptions) is a fool.

Anyone who takes off-label medicine to combat a disease that they could have avoided is a moron.

Those who are demanding that governments not take any mitigating measures are selfish and unpatriotic.

I doubt very much that you are the neutral observer you claim to be.

Dark Avenger said...

With all the people taking Ivermectin for their COVID, B, why aren’t we hearing about their experiences, especially it it helped them?
I find it amusing that people who could, perhaps on a good day, spell pharmacokinetics correctly, lecture us “Leftists” about the science and the trials ongoing testing the hypothesis that it is both safe and effective, as well as being better than any vaccine, despite all current evidence to the contrary.

B said...

Except there is no "Current evidence to the contrary" there is No accepted studies for "evidence", 'cause no one in the US has allowed a study, and the folks at the CDC and the NIH have simply said it is "untested" .

Simply put: Ivermectin is a known drug, been around for decades, it has significant antiviral qualities that work. Even before the "vaccines", the medical folks were against it being used....and they have not allowed it to be large-scale tested in the US. Look it up, do your own research. It is true. Ivermectin is a decent medicine against Covid. But the medical folks suppressed it so they could get the "vaccines" into widespread use.
Is Ivermectin the cure? No. Nor is the MRNA "vaccine". But it helps prevent infection and it DOES help recovery.
Keep on your meme of "Horsepaste" you can't help yourselves but to follow what the Media tells you to think.
If you'd do some research you'd find that I am correct. But you won't, because your minds are don't want knowledge, you want to follow what you are told, blindly, with no thought.
Pretty much like what Ms Misfit says about Christians and their beliefs. Except the religion is different.
Sad that she can't see that.

Comrade Misfit said...

And yet nowhere, B, do you address the insanity of your side, especially in Missouri, where the governor tried to squash a study by his own health department that showed that masking works. Your side has been in the forefront of science denialism, and not just on this subject. If the science doesn't meet your side's approval, your side's playbook calls for executing the same steps as the tobacco industry used for decades.

But fuck it. I'm not sorry for refusing to kowtow to your self-proclaimed eminence and your claim to be the font of all wisdom and rationality.
