50 Years On, The `60s Went Further Off the Rails

Robert F. Kennedy was shot and killed by an asswipe who is still a guest of the CA DOC.{1}

The year would get worse, culminating in the election of a president who set a very high bar for acting as though he was an untouchable monarch.{2}

[1] RFK, Jr. thinks there was a second gunman. I think Junior is short a few working fuses.
2. But King Donald I seems bent on topping it, with his assertion that he can murder people with impunity. There will come a day when those who have supported King Donald the First will go around, wearing garments made of sackcloth, with their faces smeared with ashes, and begging forgiveness from the American people. Mark my words.

The most suspicious thing about the JFK assassination is Jack Ruby. I never understood that. If it was some grief-stricken, otherwise law-abiding citizen pushed over the edge into a rage... but some low-level mobster wanna-be... where was his motivation?

1. Wasn't RFK Jr. an anti-vaxxer? Perhaps you are correct in your assessment.

2. The media is busily constructing lifeboats for them to escape accountability in as I type this, and we should not let them get away with it this time like we did last time when the Bush dead-enders all donned funny hats, bought Chinese-made Gadsden flags and became newly minted independents who had never even heard of this Bush fellow...

Doug, I've heard RFK, Jr. speak, in person. He could not coherently string more than five sentences together. The folks that I were with all thought he was either drunk or high.

He is indeed an anti-vaxxer and he met with Trump on that issue.

I guess in politics, it's not whether you have warts, but whether you're covered in them...
If so, we could rightly say the only the (comparitively) good (RFK) die young, the rotten scheming corrupt double dealing back-stabbing genitals grabbing SOBs live to a very old age. I was astounded that Obama didn't get gunned down, given the bone-deep hate many have for a smart, successful and damnhiseyes uppity black man, whose very existence was a crime against nature. But maybe he lived, just to provide the blowback that elected Trump.

OTOH, the American electorate all too often cheers the rotten bastards that are selling them, their children and their future down the river.
