A lawyer for Melania Trump said Monday that he had informed several news organizations, including The Daily Mail, that they could face legal action for publishing articles that Ms. Trump contended were defamatory.I supposed I should comment that saying that Melania was once a whore is by no means worse than the thousands of things that the alt-right has been saying about Michelle Obama or, for that matter, about Hillary Clinton for the last quarter-century. But let's let that one alone.
In an email, the lawyer, Charles J. Harder, said Ms. Trump, the wife of Donald J. Trump, the Republican presidential nominee, “has placed several news organizations on notice of her legal claims against them, including Daily Mail among others, for making false and defamatory statements about her supposedly having been an ‘escort’ in the 1990s.”
I hadn't previously heard any allegations that Melania had been an "escort", and chances are, neither had you. But thanks to her lawyers, now everybody will know of the rumors that Mrs. Trump was once a hooker. Because even if they all retract the story, the retractions won't have the legs that the original stories did.
Which is what the Streisand Effect is all about.
Dumbass.

Good for her, she's the only one in the family that's ever held a job.
Yea, but did she deliver value?
Ace BusinessMan #1 falls for the tall one at the end and proposed?
But apparently what they said about Malania was untrue.....
Not so your other two....
You are smart enough to recognize the truth.....why do you refuse to?
B, I see that the entire point of the post just zoomed right over your head.
Did Trump really say Kahn has no right to stand in front of millions of people and claim I have never read the Constitution? Apparently so.

No, it didn't. And you are right. Shutting up is often a good option. But that isn't the Trump style.....any trump.
