I understand the thought behind Sen. Dodd's insistence that the CEO of GM step down as part of the bailout, but let me ask this:
Did the CEO of CitiGroup step down when the Treasury pumped $25 billion into his bank?
Did the CEO of any bank receiving money under TARP step down?
