Train of thought: Haha, that's really not funny, Putin is probably what Trump aspires to be, stupid Wikileaks should try for balance by publishing leaks from a non-free society, half of why they don't is because leaders like Putin (and governments like Russia) would put a bullet into their head, Ed Snowden ran to the country most likely to execute his equivalent.
And has certainly been thoroughly debriefed.
Fuck Snowden. He didn't really surprise anyone, and any pluses toward him vaporized when he ran to Russia.

Snowden ran to a country that wouldn't extradite him and one that he could reach without taking the risk of his flight being forced down by American warplanes (we did that in the 1980s to somebody).

The Ukrainians are going after Russian emails. Big story about that today.
