Another Durst Murder Case?

Police said Monday they've been investigating a link between the 1971 disappearance of a Middlebury College student and millionaire murder suspect Robert Durst.

Investigators have been aware for several years of a link between 18-year-old Lynne Schulze and Durst, who operated the All Good Things health food store in the town, the Middlebury Police Department said in a statement.
Unless there is something else to this, color me deeply skeptical. Are the cops now going to try to tie Durst to every missing person who went missing within a half-mile of his vicinity for the last 55 years?

Who knows? Maybe he IS a serial killer...

He's killed at least three people, so he probably meets the definition of one without the Vermont case.

Yeah, I'll need to read a LOT more evidence before making a decision. It is not unheard of for the police to tie "cold cases" to a known criminal. It sure is easier than actually finding the real murderer.
