Yeah, I'll bet he really intends to obey that law. I'll bet that there is some sort of bullshit signing statement attached which says "I don't have to obey this law anytime I don't feel like it and you can't make me, nyah, nyah, so there."

Interestingly, I Googled "bush" "signing statement" to see if there was any official news as to whether the creep had, in fact, added a signing statement to the FOI act he signed last week. Your blog was one of the hits, so I guess there are plenty of us who thought the same thing.
