The Scots have voted to stay in the UK.
As part of the "vote no" campaign, British Prime Minister Cameron promised that if the Scots voted no, that the British government would cede (or "devolve") more power to Scotland.
I'll bet that he's going to forget about that promise faster than Obama forgot about being "the most transparent administration in history".

I daresay he'll "devolve" as much power to Scotland as the Scots "devolve" their whisky distilleries to England.
No bet on some of the Conservative Party taking that tack...some already expressed concerns pre-election.
The more interesting thought is that the Conservative Party would probably have rather that Scotland voted Yes. They have all of one MP from Scotland, a Labour stronghold. The exit of Scotland would have ensured Conservative rule in England, Wales and Northern Ireland for decades...so the thinking goes. They, of course, fail to understand that UKIP would quickly morph into a real second party, and the Conservatives would be forced to move either left or far right...
