Donald the Grifter is assembling a team of billionaires to run his administration. There are at least fourteen so far, plus assorted multi-millionaires.
Anyone who thinks that those guys are going to be concerned about the lives of everyday Trump voters is going to be in for a shock. If they are paying attention.
Sadly, most won't. Steers going up the chute to the slaughterhouse have more awareness of what is going to happen to them than do the people who voted for the Thieving Old Felon.

There must be some mistake, they'll say. Maybe this will be the time the electorate of our current age will be sufficiently schooled to read the ingredients before buy the snake oil. Maybe.
Nope, special favor added to the snake oil, cherry koolaid with
something toxic.
My read of the whole damn mess is to kill off the old, the eaters, the
disallowed, or unwanted. Then the cost to the executive class with
be less and profits enhanced.
If it weren't a good source for a dystopian short story that is.
As the targeted start to disappear, that may be the moment.
