Tulsi's Buddy is Losing

So those those Russian ships can either go to a Black Sea sea base and stay there for a while, or they can make the trek to Saint Petersburg or Murmansk.

I'm guessing the naval vessels will hang off shore for awhile for evacuation purposes. Don't know how much they will leave behind at the airbase. African operations will be affected. A power vacuum in the making...
