The Russians, who have made a practice of trageting civilians, and torturing, raping and murdering civilians when they occupied towns in Ukraine, have lost their bid to rejoin the UN Human Rights Council.
The UNHRC is kind of a joke, anyway, since China, which has been carrying out its own genocide and softer brand of territorial aggression, is on the Council. Still, the Russians wanted on the Council pretty badly and they got beaten out by Bulgaria and Albania.
