It Is High Time That We Take These Profiteering Goons...

...and start lopping off some heads.

In this case, one evil fuck, John S. Carter, looted the USS Olympia museum of nearly a million dollars. But that was just the cash he stole, he diverted far more, including something like two million to buy a residence and furnish it for the president of the museum (himself).

Money that was largely diverted from the maintenance of the ship. And, as a result of this man's thievery, the USS Olympia, Armored Cruiser No. 6, Commodore Dewey's flagship at the Battle of Manila Bay, may have to be scrapped or sunk. Unless, that is, nearly 20 million dollars can be raised, in these tough economic times, to save her.

Carter is doing fifteen years in a minimum-security Federal prison, he is due for release in 2021. Fucker should have been given a sit-down in Old Sparky.
