Both of them seem to have the ability to convince themselves of either what happened didn't really happen, or what didn't really happen did happen.
With Clinton, it was the "Bosnian sniper fire" flap.
With Bush, it is his use of cocaine.
Both of them believe their own propaganda. The difference is that Clinton was forced to come to face the truth while nobody has ever been able to penetrate the shield that Bush has erected to wall off reality.
So, anyway, if George Bush is especially susceptible to believing his own propaganda, as Scotty says, then what we should do is make up outrageous stories about him. If he reads them, he might believe he did what the story says.
