Baby Bobby Kennedy is a Real Creep

According to Vanity Fair’s reporting (which has not been verified by MSNBC), a woman named Eliza Cooney, who had been hired to babysit Kennedy’s children in 1998 when she was 23, alleged that he groped her or behaved inappropriately toward her on three occasions. Cooney told the publication that she wrote about the first incident in her diary at the time and that she had confided in her mother in 2017 during the height of the #MeToo movement. She said she had also told several of her friends about Kennedy’s alleged behavior last year, after he announced his run for president.

Kennedy did not respond to NBC News’ request for comment on the allegations. But asked about the assault allegations in an interview on “Breaking Points,” a YouTube show, he said he would not respond to the details, adding that he had a “rambunctious youth.” (Kennedy was in his 40s when the incidents are alleged to have occurred.)

“Listen, I’ve said this from the beginning: I am not a church boy,” he told the interviewer Tuesday. “I had a very, very rambunctious youth. I said in my announcement speech that I — I have so many skeletons in my closet that if they all vote, I could run for king of the world.”

Really? Being in one's 40s is being a youth? His goddamned uncle was president in his 40s. His dad was a United States Senator in his 40s. Baby Bobby was molesting his kid's sitter.

He and Dolt-45 should get along famously, they're both creeps who molest women.

Heh. Heh. Heh.

Tomorrow

Six unelected douchebags did what they could on Monday to ensure that this Fourth will be the last one in a free nation. Oh, you can bet that none of them see it that way, but President Biden could, arguably, have them all arrested as an official act, transport them to Gitmo and, if their spouses try to take it to court, ignore any order as an official act as commander-in-chief and arrest the judge who had the temerity to issue one, to boot. Maybe even have them handcuffed to a fifty pound dumbell and tossed out of the back of a C-130. Official acts, orders of the commander-in-chief, core Constitutional powers.

Too bad for the FOFF that Epstein offed himself, for he could have bought a pardon for a few billion or so. All legal. Core Constitutional power.

We now have a system of elected kings, until one gets in who decides nt only not to leave, but install his kid as his successor.

And you know who that will be -- Crown Prince "Coke Boy" Don.

Drone-on-Drone

The Ukrainians are using FPV drones to take out katsap recon drones.

I see the day when flying a manned aircraft over or near a battlefield will be a suicidal move.

Reagan Fucked Up America's Defense Industry

Between "conservative" penchant for outsourcing core military procurement functions and MBA/banksters mania for mergers and shit like that there, our military-inducstrial base has been hollowed out.

Frankly, what they did is nothing short of economic sabotage. The USSR/Russia and China could not have done it better to us if they tried.

Milton Friedman and his doctrine of "shareholder value über alles" was to American industry what Thomas Midgely, Jr. was to the environment.

Is The New York Times in the Tank for the TOFF

An analysis has shown that they, along with other papers, are far more focused on Biden's mental acuity than Trump's, even though Trump keeps going on with his insane ramblings. Of the papers in the tank for Trump, only one, the Wall Street Journal, is no surprise, since they're a Murdoch propaganda rag.

The reasoning, as far as I can see it, is that they sold more newspapers with the COFF in office. So they are willing to sell out our democracy fora few bucks.

Bribing These Down, Here

Putin's Poodle in Eastern Europe Visits Ukraine to Preach the Gospel of Surrender

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has made his first visit to Kyiv since Russia’s full-scale war began, and urged Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelensky to consider a “ceasefire” in order to “speed up peace talks” with Moscow.

Standing alongside Zelensky on Tuesday, Orban, who is close to Russian President Vladimir Putin and has criticized European support for Ukraine, said: “I asked the president to think about whether we could reverse the order, and speed up peace talks, with making a ceasefire first.

Hungary was aligned with Nazi Germany and so it's no real surprise that they feel a tug to make common cause with Hitler's intellectual son in Budapest. Only being a NATO/EU member pulls Orban back a little. He's also trying to cut back on his ostracism in Europe because he has aligned himself with this century's fascist European aggressor.

Zelenskyy is being a gracious host, listening to Orban. But he'll probably tell him the diplomatic equivalent of "go shit in yer hat and wear it."

Rudy is Now an Ex-Mouthpiece.

A New York appeals court in Manhattan ruled that Giuliani, who had already had his New York law license suspended in 2021 for false statements he made after the election, is now “disbarred from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court, and his name stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law in the State of New York.

About time.

Nixon got disbarred for Watergate, but he wouldn't have, now, because the Supremes wouldn't have had a problem with what he did.

Breaking News: Supreme Court Invalidates All Nuremberg Convictions, Holds The Holocaust Was “An Official Act.”

Opinion written by Clarence "For Rent" Thomas.

Film at 11.

Satire, yes, but it's not far from the truth of the matter.

We Now Have About 700 Regulatory "Agencies" in This Country, Each Staffed With Somebody Who Doesn't Know a Fuck About Whatever They're Doing

The learned justices (which is a left-handed complement) in the batshit-crazy bloc of the Supreme Court keep invalidating Federal regulatory authority.

I expect them to soon invalidate any regulations based on the Pure Food and Drug Act of 1906.

Whether or not any drug is safe or any food process is safe will depend on which of 700-odd Federal judges gets the case. Whether or not an airliner is proerly designed will be reviewed by a judge who knows less about flying than Ted Striker.

This is economic insanity. One thing about a regulatory regime is that everybody involved in an industry knows what the rules are. Now, thanks to the august anacephalics on the Supreme Court, any rule or regulation can be overturned on a whim by any Federal judge anywhere whi knows nothing about the industry or process involved. It's like suing over the results of a football game and then being told by one judge that it's OK to underinflate the footballs and another that being called for offsides is unfair.

The Supremes are engaged in a campaign of ideological insanity that will only weaken this country. One might wonder if they are taking gratuities from Putin and Xi.

Don't Worry, Some Fucker's Getting Rich Off of This Deal; Boeing Ed.

Boeing announced plans to acquire key supplier Spirit AeroSystems for $4.7 billion, a move that it says will improve plane quality and safety amid increasing scrutiny by Congress, airlines and the Department of Justice.

Boeing previously owned Spirit, and the purchase would reverse a longtime Boeing strategy of outsourcing key work on its passenger planes. That approach has been criticized as problems at Spirit disrupted production and delivery of popular Boeing jetliners, including 737s and 787s.

“We believe this deal is in the best interest of the flying public, our airline customers, the employees of Spirit and Boeing, our shareholders and the country more broadly,” Boeing President and CEO Dave Calhoun said in a statement late Sunday
.

Boeing didn't "previously own Spirit." Spirit didn't exist, it was Boeing's Wichita Division. They spun it off because some of those assholes could make a boatload of money doing that (and break the union contracts) and now those same assholes are going to make even more money re-absorbing it. Calhoun is lying through his immaculately cared-for choppers: Boeing doesn't give a damn about "the flying public" and hasn't in the last three decades. They'd happily crash a fully-loaded 737 once every quarter if doing so made their stock price go up.

Official Acts Are Now Like Obscenity, You'll Know Them When You See Them

Presidents are now immune for offical acts, with no guidance as to what is one.

So what's an offical act? Anything a president is not impeached and convicted for?

Tell me why President Biden could not, now, send in a squad of killers to shoot those six justices of the Supreme Court and, since the Democrats control the Senate, put in six new ones? Why couldn't President Biden declare that the evidence and indicators of Russian ownership of the Asset is too storng and have him executed as a threat to national security? Or, if he loses, declare that the 2024 election was stolen by Trump and refuse to leave office.

Six justices have enshrined an elected kingship. Of course those evil, gutless trolls waited until the very last day to release this decision. And I wonder if they are going to now collect a sizeable (and legal) gratuity.

The Founding Fathers and George Washington must be whirring in their graves/crypts.
