If Stockton Rush isn't currently in the deepest pit of Hell, being tortured by legions of demons every nanosecond of eternity, there is no justice in the afterlife.
This is why.
I don't know if anyone associated with the design of that craft is still findable, and I'm not sure what jurisdiction can reach them, but I think there is an argument that they should be charged with four counts of manslaughter.
But not for the death of Rush. He got what he earned.

Wow what a story.
Everything Stockton Rush did and said gives the impression of just bone-deep arrogance. His only redeeming feature was that he went down with his own deathtrap "ship."
