A former Houston police captain, who the authorities said was investigating a voter fraud conspiracy theory for a conservative activist group, was arrested and charged with pointing his gun at an air-conditioner repairman he had pursued to try to uncover fraudulent ballots, prosecutors said Tuesday.
The former captain, Mark A. Aguirre, 63, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and then freed on $30,000 bail, on Tuesday.
According to a police affidavit, Mr. Aguirre struck the repairman’s box truck with his sport utility vehicle on the morning of Oct. 19. When the man got out of his truck, Mr. Aguirre pointed a handgun at him, ordered him to get on the ground and pressed a knee into his back, it said.
This is about one notch better than the idiot who showed up at a pizza joint with a rifle.

This kind of person needs medical help as well as incarceration. I think we will need an entire network of hospitals and nurses for the politically insane spring up in the near future.

ummmm this was a false flag op by the HVAC guy. The real votes were in the OTHER truck. The one the spec ops guys caught two blocks away. That truck was put on a flat bed and is on its way to Virginia where it will be turned over to Wisconsin's inspector Clouseau, Ron Johnson. In addition to the rebuilding of Gitmo into a supermax prison (again right under the libs noses) there is a prison under Thule AFB in Greenland. That has been built for all the democratic governors and congressmen. The ones who aren't executed by GenerL Flynn's tribunal that is.

Seafury, It's not just THAT HVAC guy (and gals!), they are ALL in on it. Guy came out yesterday to replace my valve and igniter circuit (well, the house's) and I peeked in his truck. Beautiful trump ballots stacked to the roofliner! (Or else Chinese takeout receipts.) Why doesn't the corrupt deepstate FBI investigate? When that guy comes around again I'm making a citizen's arrest with my suppressed M-16 with bump-stock. Alert Sen Johnson.
