These seem to be the choices: Fobus (kydex), for about $20-25, Blackhawk Serpa (carbon fiber), for about $45, or Galco (leather) for a shade under $100.
Any thoughts, folks?

that the 2020 election was stolen, or
especially if you supported the 1/6/21 insurrection,
leave now.

I have a Fobus, mainly due to the fact it was the only left handed holster available for my XD 45. It's good, but I plan on getting something with a higher retention level eventually. I want to work on my right hand shooting more, since the market has a great selection for right handers, and my accuracy is pretty good right handed vs left handed firing. At that point, I may splurge on something more pricey.
I've read some first-person accounts of the release mechanism of Serpas jamming.
