I watched his debut from his nine-year hiatus from the Daily Show and color me underwhelmed. He seems to be addicted to his particular brand of bothsiderism, in that he spent a good part of his debut show lambasting both Biden and Trump for being old. And if that's the best he can do, then he's just a cheap-shot artist.
Yes, they're both old. Only one of them promises to destroy the Federal government. Only one has said that he would encourage Putin to attack NATO nations. Only one has mentioned invoking the Insurrection Act and ordering the military to shoot protesters. Only one has promised to have all of his enemies arrested. Only one has said he'd act as a dictator. Only one is a civilly-adjudicated rapist. Only one has four pending felony trials.
To pretend that the two candidates are even remotely similar is evidence of intellectual laziness.
So, pass.
