No, B., the “custom” is the day of death and the following day. The White House followed this to the second, thereby showing contempt...especially as Donnie has now rung up the white flag and issued a proclamation keeping the flags at half-staff until burial.
Given Donnie’s coloring skills, how many red strips are there on the flag flying at half-staff, how many white, and how many blue?
There's an easy way for Donnie to make this go away and look like a normal fucking human being. But he'll never do it.
