If you use Gmail, you can see it for yourself, if you don't mind running the risk, however slight, that the NSA may get a second look at your shit.

I tried it and for my Gmail history for the last eight months it only showed four contacts.
Those four were only a tiny portion of the contacts I sent stuff to this week alone.
But, it was still spooky as hell and I just loved the label that they put on those contacts.
