I am shocked, shocked, to learn that Fox News engaged in acts of discrimination. You just know that the whiners at Fox are screeching that "we're being sued because Obama hates us" and ignoring that what Fox did was illegal. Because we all know how those big-time conservatives believe hat laws are for the plebs to obey.
No doubt the city government of Ocean City, MD and the executives at Radio Shack are making similar claims.

No, but the EEOC doesn't issue national press releases when they go after smaller local companies.
