The politicians of the Confederate party are feeling nostalgic for Bill Clinton's presidency. They are expressing affection for him and his time in office. You can almost feel the love.
Of course, that means they have to gloss over all of the bullshit investigations that they carried out in order to harass the shit out of the Clinton Administration and they have to sort of ignore the fact that they tried to kick him out of office.
Anybody who things would be any different for President Obama than they were for President Clinton is delusional.
