Presidents are now immune for offical acts, with no guidance as to what is one.
So what's an offical act? Anything a president is not impeached and convicted for?
Tell me why President Biden could not, now, send in a squad of killers to shoot those six justices of the Supreme Court and, since the Democrats control the Senate, put in six new ones? Why couldn't President Biden declare that the evidence and indicators of Russian ownership of the Asset is too storng and have him executed as a threat to national security? Or, if he loses, declare that the 2024 election was stolen by Trump and refuse to leave office.
Six justices have enshrined an elected kingship. Of course those evil, gutless trolls waited until the very last day to release this decision. And I wonder if they are going to now collect a sizeable (and legal) gratuity.
The Founding Fathers and George Washington must be whirring in their graves/crypts.

I'm at a loss as to what the SCs end game is with this ruling and I'm starting to conclude that there may not be one.I think its clear that they are highly motivated to help/protect TOFF.Maybe they extended this immunity to help a republican knowing that President Biden would not exploit this loophole as he is subject to it as well. Finding that official acts are immune and then foisting off the decision on what constitutes an official act on lower courts guarantees that the SC will be really busy in the future.
So much for democracy. I'm both saddened and frightened.
Joe Biden couldn't do any of those things because he has the personality of Joe Biden.
6 SC justices immunity findings are based on Will Shakespeare's legal treatise:
Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn and caldron bubble.
Fillet of a fenny snake,
In the caldron boil and bake;
Eye of newt and toe of frog,
Wool of bat and tongue of dog,
Adder's fork and blind-worm's sting,
Lizard's leg and howlet's wing,
For a charm of powerful trouble,
Like a hell-broth boil and bubble.
Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn and caldron bubble.
Cool it with a baboon's blood,
Then the charm is firm and good.
Song of the Witches
Certainly not advocating for the Dems to embrace this,but some feints could be some amusing trolling,
If six openings should suddenly occur, Dick Durban would find some way to fuck it up.
